Global financial services company UBS approached TheBigChoice.com to assist with their 2013/14 graduate recruitment drive.
The overall objective of the campaign was to increase the visibility of UBS as a graduate employer and the opportunities they have on offer, amongst students and graduates.
This activity was intended to drive quality applications to UBS’s graduate positions.
A 12-month digital campaign across TheBigChoice.com and associated products was created to maximise both exposure and engagement with our large student and graduate audience.
This campaign included:
- Enhanced company profiles
- Two job listings – internship and graduate
- Digital display advertising
- Targeted emails
- Display advertising – appearing on all graduate focused pages on the site
- Employability targeting
Across all elements the campaign achieved:
- Over 3.7 million impressions/opens
- 5,801 clicks to the UBS landing page
